First of all - localization. The hotel is right next to the airport train and one of the lines of the sky train. With all the traffic jams and heat it's a huge advantage to be able to use conditioned trains for the transportation. It was really easy to get anywhere in the city from here as well as to the airport. Secondly the hotel itself is bright new and fresh. Very nice design of everything - lobby, restaurant, rooms. In the rooms you have everything you may expect and you need during a stay (maybe apart from the bath gown, it's not there, maybe, you can ask about it but I had my own and anyway this is not a minus in any way). Windows are soundproof so you do not relly hear the noise from the street (and I had my roow window facing the train station directly). Breakfast had really good selection. This was the 2nd hotel I stayed at during my trip to Bangkok and I liked Tranz more so if I would need to come back and select a hotel for a stay I would select Tranz

There're so many things to make this place to be the best for me. - Location: Right next to Phaya Thai station, can reach anywhere in the city easily with public transportation (ARL, BTS). Sometime you can ask staff for advice - Facilities: Everything is enough for a comfortable staying. Although it's next to the station with so many trains in and out oftenly, but I dont feel noisy at all. One thing I love at this hotel is that water comes from tap/spray gun/ shower strongly. - Staff: Extremely friendly and supportive. They reply all my requests in an enthusiastic way and even help me receive the cake/flower to celebrate my mom's birthday. - Benefit: you may dont know that you can get 10% discount for massage service at Let's Relax Spa which is next to the hotel during your staying

- Staff is very familiar. They saw me with large suitcase from indoor and quickly helped me. - Location is super convenient for airport, also very easy access to the central area, with a few steps to the station. - The room is spacious enough for short stay and very simple with limited amenity, especially if the purpose is for airport, yet it is clean and air breathing. - Breakfast for fairly good, except for cheese that should be upgraded a little bit. Thai food is much better. - I just find a bit difficult to find food around the hotel, but it seems a new shopping center opening soon, so hopefully next time if I come back, there will be more options. The vending machine right at the entrance door is a plus.

A nice, basic and clean hotel in a really convenient position right next to the station to take the train to/from the airport or around the city (the airport train is quick, cheap and clean). Check in/out was pretty fast and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was fine but fairly small and seemed to be mainly Asian rather than western dishes. There is a nice popular cafe right next door and a 7/11 vending machine next to the entrance which is handy when you need extra water. Recommend going to Suan Pakkad Palace museum just down the street.

The concierge boy wear mask is real gentleman! When we arrive he took us to our room with our luggages. That is good customer service but still regular. When we leaving the hotel, he asked where I go and helped took our luggage to the station lift. I wouldn't know the nearest lift without his help. And I am not even asked for help... I owe him a tip.. I never pay him a tip. And he just helped. That is beyond good customer service. Your hotel have great people! Location is also good, and room very clean.
